▫️What to expect: You'll have FUN! Most people haven't taken a trampoline class prior to joining us, so it’s completely OK to take it at your own pace and just bounce around. We don't jump up high, instead we push down low. By pushing down, it activates your core and actually strengthens your pelvic floor … no Depends needed! We incorporate strength training into every workout, so you’ll get a variety of exercises and won’t be jumping the entire time. Also, we always play fun music!🪩🕺

▫️What to wear/bring: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and sneakers. We supply all of the needed equipment and offer complimentary towels and water, but you're welcome to bring your own as well. We have cubbies where you can leave any of your personal items that you won’t need during class. 

▫️Where to go:  We’re located off of Ashburn Rd, across from the fire station. When you enter Gordon Park Professional Center the studio is on the right in the second group of businesses (20604).
