Jump Happy (1/2) Hour: It’s Friday and we are ready to Jump! This is a 30 minute Happy Half-Hour workout on the tramp. #gethappy
Booty Blasst: This is a 30 minute class dedicated to da booty! We use the timer for booty exercises and have booty music of course! #rumpshaker
Get LIFTED: This is a 20 minute strength class. You’ll want some weights and a mat. Upper-body focus: Chest/Back. #strongertogether
JumpStart: This is a 20 minute workout. There’s also a 4 minute stretch song at the end so it’s 24 mins. This class does not have a long warmup, so pace yourself. #2020challenge
Jump HappyHour: This 60 min class has Jump songs (rainy Friday playlist) and timed intervals with a :30 cardio blast + 1:00 strength. This was our 2nd class trying Crowdcast. Upper-body focus: bi/tri. #rainynight
TrampCamp: This 50 min interval workout is fast-paced with core + stretching at the end. We always finish with a relaxing cooldown, so use the chapters to Jump ahead if needed. Upper-body focus: chest/back. #jumparound
JumpQuickie: We have 20 minutes of Jumping, plus one optional “bonus” song. This Quickie class also has a stretching song at the end. #wannaquickie
*Core BlASSt: It’s 20 intervals of booty + core exercises. This is a Quickie class, so click play and let’s GO! #getyourasstoclass
JumpTabata: It’s 30 seconds of WORK followed by 10 seconds of REST and REPEAT! Yay! You’ll get lots of cardio + strength at this class. Upper-body focus: Shoulders. #youcandoanythingfor30seconds
Remix Aerobix (50min): If you just want to move and have some fun, this class is for you! It’s full of retro music - think Prince, Cameo, Hall & Oats, etc. You’ll also get 2 toning songs for upper-body & leg/booty (doin da butt). I hope this music makes you smile … or laugh! #happydance
Jump Interval (Arms + Abs): You’ll get Jump songs + 1 minute intervals of Arms + Abs. The upper-body focus today is chest/back with a lil bit of shoulders too! If you like retro New Wave music, try this one! #newwavejump
